RMA policy
General Information
Please contact your distributor or [email protected] for specific instructions for your country.
BEFORE returning any item for repair you must obtain an RMA #. Please contact [email protected] with e-mail subject ‘LigoWave RMA [your country]’ to receive your unique RMA number. In the e-mail please include:
- Product model
- Serial number
- Short description of the issue
- Your company name
- Name of company and the country in which you’ve purchased the equipment from
RMA numbers are valid for a maximum of 30 days.
RMA returns:
Please package your return item in a shipping box with appropriate packaging. If you are not sure how to package an item for safe shipping, please consult a local shipping company. Products being returned in an envelope or with insufficient packaging will be refused and your warranty will be voided.
Please place the RMA number on three sides of the outside of the shipping box before returning it to us.
Please insure the return for the proper value amount. Failure to do so may void the warranty if damage occurs during shipment.
All returns must be shipped prepaid using DHL, FED-EX or UPS. Shipments by any other method must include door-to-door delivery and customs clearance. A non-commercial invoice must be sent via e-mail and approved by LigoWave prior of shipment. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in additional charges or abandonment of the goods.
Goods under warranty will be returned freight prepaid. Customs clearance and any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. All others will be invoiced for the repair plus return freight.
