New v6.76 firmware

LigoWave is announcing a new firmware version for LigoPTP MiMo series equipment that will have a major breakthrough for the fine-tuning of LigoPTP links for maximum performance. These new features include: automatic data rate, smart auto-channel and automatic transmit power control.
Automatic data rate
Automatic data rate option will allow users to rely on their link even if the environment around the link is constantly changing. In the event of interference or loss of signal from some other environmental factor, the link will automatically lower the data rate and modulation to obtain an acceptable error rate.
Smart auto-channel
Smart auto-channel detection system makes LigoPTP MiMo series extremely noise resistant. The master changes the link operating frequency during the startup, after interference detection, or every 5 minutes if there are no slave devices connected to the master at the time of pre-scan. Service providers can specify the channel hopping list for their master site operation to use only specific channels available in the area. Smart auto channel will also sense interfering signals and will shift the channels accordingly.
Automatic transmit power control
The idea of the mechanism is to automatically reduce the used transmission output power when other networks are within range. Reduced power means reduced interference problems.
